Silver Birds
All the bits that went into this work came from Tucson, Arizona. Door details, an old screen, dripping paint, weathered wood, ceramic tiles, front door steps, etc. combine to create a charming little vignette. The colors are classic southwest: turquoise, warm ochres, and cinnamon reds. And the touch of silver is perfect. 5" x 7" on 8½" x 11" paper.  ©Carol Leigh
